Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are sent to production, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if there is an error on our part.
- Timeframe for Returns: All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, custom designs, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a detailed description of the issue and photos if possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
- Replacement or Refund: Once the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Shipping Costs
